Product Description
The high-voltage solid-state soft-starting device is a high-voltage AC motor starting device. Its main composition is a three-phase parallel thyristor assembly and its electronic control device connected between the power supply and the controlled motor. The high-voltage solid-state soft starter is composed of multiple thyristors in series and parallel. The output voltage is controlled by controlling the firing angle of the thyristors, which can meet different voltage and current requirements during the motor starting process. During the starting process of the motor, the high-voltage solid-state soft starter increases the terminal voltage of the motor according to the preset starting curve, so that the motor accelerates smoothly, thereby reducing the electrical and mechanical impact of the motor starting on the power grid, the motor and the connected equipment. When the motor starts to reach the normal speed, the bypass vacuum contactor or circuit breaker is turned on, and the motor start is completed. During the operation of the motor, the soft starter continues to monitor the motor, measure the motor current, voltage and grid frequency in real time, and provide corresponding auxiliary fault protection.
